YOU ARE INVITED TO A ONE-OF-A-KIND CHEF’S DINNER
On Thursday, November 13, 2025, COURSE Restaurant in Scottsdale will host a one-night-only dinner uniting five of Arizona’s top chefs. Guests will gather for a single seating at 6:30 p.m., with a collaborative tasting menu beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The evening will feature Chef Rochelle Daniel of Atria in Flagstaff, whose seasonal cooking reflects the high desert landscape; Chef Christopher Brugman of Heritage Kitchen + Cocktails, known for bold flavors rooted in classic technique; Chef Steven “Chops” Smith of Pretty Penny, who brings playful energy and inventive pairings to his dishes; Chef Matt Carter of The Mission, one of Scottsdale’s most acclaimed restaurateurs; and our own Chef Cory Oppold of COURSE, recognized for his precise, modern approach to Arizona fine dining.
Each chef will present a course that reflects their distinct perspective, coming together to create one unforgettable night that highlights the talent and creativity of Arizona’s culinary community. Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
