COURSE Restaurant Earns Global Recognition from The Pinnacle Guide

At COURSE Restaurant, every detail of the dining experience is intentional — from the progression of each tasting course to the cocktails designed to complement and elevate the menu along the way.

We’re honored to share that COURSE Restaurant and our cocktail program, led by Justin Chard, have now received international recognition from The Pinnacle Guide — one of the hospitality industry’s most respected cocktail-focused distinctions.

Recently featured by both The Arizona Republic / AZCentral and AOL News, this recognition places COURSE among standout cocktail destinations being acknowledged on a global scale.

The Pinnacle Guide has often been compared to a Michelin-style recognition system for cocktail programs, celebrating bars and restaurants around the world that are pushing creativity, hospitality, and beverage experiences forward. For COURSE, this acknowledgment reflects the work happening nightly between the kitchen and bar team to create a tasting experience where food and cocktails are designed together — not separately.

Chef Cory Oppold and Justin Chard continue to evolve the experience season after season, blending technique, storytelling, and hospitality into a menu that’s meant to feel immersive from start to finish.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported COURSE, joined us for dinner, shared a cocktail at the bar, or helped spread the word about what we’re building here in Scottsdale.
