Join us at COURSE as we ring in 2026 with a one-night-only New Year’s Eve tasting menu layered with luxury – Kaluga caviar, hiramasa tartare, smoked salmon tortellini, Chilean seabass with lobster mousse, and our signature Beef Tenderloin, with the option to elevate even further with fresh truffles or Wagyu.
The New Year’s Eve Menu includes a complimentary glass of Champagne for each guest and our sommelier has curated an outstanding wine pairing for this one-night-only menu.
Dining room reservations at 6 pm or earlier will have a three-hour time limit, but if you would like to enjoy a longer experience, please consider booking the patio.
