YOU ARE INVITED TO A ONE-OF-A-KIND DINNER FEATURING WINES CRAFTED BY RENOWNED WINEMAKER GUILLAUME FABRE
In February 2022, Course went from an idea to a reality when brothers Brett and Christian Pezzuto along with their wives attended a CLOS SOLÈNE wine dinner. As fate would have it, Chef Cory Oppold was the chef for the event that evening, and a partnership was forged.
Now it is your turn to come and try the food and wine where it all started so join us at Course Restaurant December 4th at 6pm as we host a 7-course wine dinner featuring wine from award winning Clos Solène Winery.
You have the option to choose your preferred seating through Tock, either inside our elegant dining room or on our heated and covered patio. Whichever you choose, you will be treated to an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and wine expertise.
Reservations for this exclusive event are required. Seating is limited.
