PHOENIX Magazine Highlights COURSE Father’s Day Experience Among Valley’s Must-Attend Summer Dining Events

We’re honored to be featured by PHOENIX Magazine as one of the Valley’s standout summer dining experiences.

In a roundup highlighting special culinary events taking place across the Valley, PHOENIX Magazine selected COURSE’s Father’s Day Lunch as one of just three featured dining experiences, recognizing the creativity, exclusivity, and craftsmanship behind the one-day-only event.

The article spotlights Executive Chef Cory Oppold’s special Father’s Day menu, a seven-course tasting experience designed to reimagine familiar favorites through the lens of fine dining. Guests were invited to enjoy elevated interpretations of classic comfort foods, including a playful “loaded baked potato,” cured tuna with melon and citrus, and the return of Chef Cory’s legendary lobster corndog.

At COURSE, special events provide an opportunity for our team to explore new ideas while creating memorable experiences centered around hospitality, storytelling, and seasonal ingredients. Holiday and one-day-only menus often allow us to take a different approach than our traditional tasting menus, giving guests an experience that is both familiar and unexpected.

We’re grateful to PHOENIX Magazine for recognizing the Father’s Day Lunch and including COURSE alongside other notable culinary events happening throughout the Valley this summer.

Thank you to Sommer Bailey and the PHOENIX Magazine team for featuring COURSE and helping shine a spotlight on independent restaurants and culinary experiences during the summer season.
