COURSE Restaurant was excited to have our New Year’s Eve tasting experience featured in AZCentral’s Things to Do event listings, showcasing celebrations and experiences happening throughout the Valley.
To close out 2025, Executive Chef Cory Oppold has created an exclusive 10-course tasting menu designed specifically for New Year’s Eve. The evening brings together luxury ingredients, seasonal flavors, thoughtful technique, and the immersive style of dining that defines the COURSE experience.
Guests are welcomed with Champagne before beginning a progression of courses created to make the final dinner of the year one to remember.
The menu features dishes including Kaluga Caviar, Avocado and Hiramasa Tartare, Mushroom and Foie Gras Soup, Chilean Seabass wrapped in lobster mousse, K4 Copper State Reserve Beef Tenderloin, and Forms of Citrus, with additional enhancements and curated wine pairing options available throughout the evening.
For Chef Cory and the COURSE team, special menus like New Year’s Eve are an opportunity to take the tasting experience even further, creating a menu unique to the occasion while maintaining the creativity, precision, and hospitality guests have come to expect from COURSE.
We’re grateful to AZCentral for including New Year’s Eve at COURSE among the events happening around Arizona as guests prepared to welcome 2026.
