COURSE Restaurant was honored to be included in The Best of the Southwest’s roundup of 20-plus countdown-ready Arizona New Year’s Eve events, highlighting memorable ways to welcome 2026 across the state.
Written by Erin Thorburn, the feature brought together celebrations ranging from late-night parties and luxury resort experiences to chef-driven dinners, with COURSE recognized for its exclusive 10-course New Year’s Eve tasting experience from Executive Chef Cory Oppold.
For the final evening of 2025, Chef Cory created a menu designed to make the occasion feel worthy of celebration from the very first course. The experience featured luxury ingredients, bold seasonal flavors, and the thoughtful presentations that have become a signature of dining at COURSE, beginning with a champagne welcome for each guest.
The Best of the Southwest highlighted several courses from the evening, including Kaluga Caviar with aerated potato and dill, Avocado and Hiramasa Tartare with grapefruit and seagrass, Mushroom and Foie Gras Soup with warm brioche, Chilean Seabass wrapped in lobster mousse, K4 Copper State Reserve Beef Tenderloin, and Forms of Citrus.
The 10-course experience reflected what we love most about creating special menus at COURSE: the opportunity to tell a story through food and turn an evening out into something guests will remember long after the final course.
