We’re grateful to be featured by Scottsdale.com in their recent roundup highlighting some of the Valley’s most exciting seasonal dishes and drinks.

In the article, writer Michelle Glicksman showcases COURSE’s SPRING Menu and Tropic Thunder cocktail program, recognizing the creativity, seasonality, and attention to detail that continue to define the guest experience at our Scottsdale restaurant.

The feature highlights several courses from our current menu, including Radish and Toast, Peas & Carrots, Asparagus, Fried Pickle, Red Snapper, and our seasonal Dirt Dessert. Each dish reflects Executive Chef Cory Oppold’s approach to fine dining—combining refined technique with playful presentation and ingredients that celebrate the flavors of spring.

Scottsdale.com also spotlighted our current Tropic Thunder cocktail menu, including one of the season’s standout creations, Just ‘Cause It’s the Theme Song Don’t Make It Not True. Developed by Beverage Director Justin Chard, the cocktail program is designed to complement the same sense of creativity, storytelling, and exploration found throughout the tasting menu.

At COURSE, every menu is built around the idea that food and beverage should work together to create a complete dining experience. From the opening bite to the final dessert and cocktail, each element is thoughtfully crafted to contribute to the overall journey.

We’re honored to be included alongside some of the Valley’s most notable restaurants and grateful to Scottsdale.com for recognizing the work our team puts into each seasonal menu.

Thank you to Michelle Glicksman and the Scottsdale.com team for featuring COURSE in this collection of standout spring dishes and drinks.
