We’re honored to be included in Best of the Southwest’s 2026 Arizona Easter Guide, highlighting some of the state’s most memorable Easter brunches, dining experiences, and holiday celebrations.

The guide recognized COURSE for our one-day-only Easter tasting menu experience, designed by Executive Chef Cory Oppold to celebrate the season through thoughtful ingredients, creative presentation, and the immersive dining experience our guests have come to expect.

The Easter menu featured an elegant eight-course tasting experience showcasing spring-inspired flavors and ingredients, including caviar-topped egg salad, red snapper with seasonal vegetables, duck prepared in the style of ham, a beautifully composed lamb course, and a nostalgic carrot cake finale.

At COURSE, holidays provide an opportunity to create unique experiences that bring guests together around exceptional food, hospitality, and celebration. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for Easter and helped make the event such a memorable day for our team.
